Undergraduate training and postgraduate training in Medicine from prestigious Government Medical Colleges in India. Did Medical residency in Cambridge Deanery and 5 years of Medical/Gastro registrar training from Hope Hospital, Manchester and NIMDTA group of hospitals in N Ireland, UK. Worked as Consultant in the UK for around 9 months and then moved to Australia for family reasons and worked as Attending (Staff Specialist) for nearly 2 years. Currently doing a year of advanced endoscopy fellowship in the US (after securing the post via the competitive ASGE match). Involved in several trials and clinical research in current job.
