I graduated from medical school in 1992, then gained experience in the specialities fo Medicine, Accident & Emergency & Family Medicine in Pakistan. Then moved to the United Kingdom in 2002 where i trained in Psychiatry on the Camden & Islington Training Scheme. I managed to clear my membership in July,2006 & then aimed to take up General Adult Psychiatry as my subspeciality. In March,2009 joined the Department of Psychiatry at Queen's University as an Assistant Professor.
